Jim has more than 20 years of experience investing in and advising successful early-stage companies. Over the past 15 years, Jim has served on the Boards of more than 30 public and private companies in the life sciences, remote data acquisition and data distribution fields. Prior to the creation of the Still River Management Company, from 1985 to 1993, Jim was a General Partner of Fleet Financial Group's venture capital funds, Fleet Venture Partners I through IV. Early in his career, he was an administrative dean at Harvard Business School. Jim received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Oberlin College. |
