Mr. Tilley has been Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company since 2001. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Evans National Bank (the "Bank") positions that he has held since 2001. From January 1988 until January 2001 Mr. Tilley served as the Senior Vice President of the Bank. |
