James A. Valentine, Chief Information Officer, age 43 Mr. Valentine has been employed by the Company since 1986 and in November 2006 was named its Chief Information Officer. Mr. Valentine served as the Company�s Executive Vice President Information Technology from August 2001 to November 2006.
