Dr Amberson is board-certified in anatomic pathology and cytopathology. He received his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed residency training in pathology at the New York Hospital Cornell University Medical Center. Dr Amberson was a cytopathology fellow under Leopold Koss, MD, at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, NY. He also holds an MBA from Columbia University. Before joining DIANON Systems, Dr Amberson was assistant professor of pathology at the Cornell University School of Medicine. He has authored articles in general pathology, urology, flow cytometry, and image cytometry. |
