Druck founded Southwest Casino Corporation with his partner Jeffrey S. Halpern in 1992. Jim has extensive hands-on experience in casino operations from developing and opening new projects to managing mature operations as well as gaming relations and regulatory and approval matters. Jim has been the General Manager of all of the Southwest projects until they are operating efficiently and effectively. Jim�s experience includes numerous projects in both non-Native and Native American gaming. Before founding Southwest, Jim practiced law for more than 25 years and was a founding partner in Halpern & Druck where he specialized in real estate development. During that time he provided all legal services for development of residential units, commercial space and numerous hotel and resort properties in at least 15 states. His work included land and project acquisition, zoning, interim and permanent financing, operations, syndication, and ultimate disposition.
