James B. Jensen is Vice President of Information Technology for SkyWest Inc., and its subsidaries. Jim began his career with SkyWest in 1977. He provided ground handling and customer service support for SkyWest flights in St. George and later in Salt Lake City. He earned an Associate Degree from Dixie College and a Bachelor�s Degree in Accounting from the University of Utah. After graduation, he spent five years in Denver and Dallas as a systems engineer and corporate auditor with Electronic Data Systems. He also became licensed in Texas as a Certified Public Accountant. He returned to SkyWest in 1990 as director of management information systems. He was named senior director of information services in 2000 and appointed as vice president of information technology in May of 2001. He and his wife Rose reside in St. George and are the parents of three children. |
