Mr. Judd is Senior Vice President of Technical Operations and is responsible for the engineering, manufacturing, quality control, procurement and technical services required to support Orbital's design, development and production of its products and services.
Mr. Judd joined Orbital in 1991 as a Mechanical Engineer and worked on the early development of Orbital�s Commercial GEO Satellite business area. He served as the STAR Product Line Bus Manager, as well as the Operations Director for the GMD Program at Orbital's Chandler, AZ facility. Recently Mr. Judd served as the Vice President of Production, Integration and Test for Orbital�s Launch Systems Group as well as holding the same responsibilities at the Corporate level to ensure commonality of approaches throughout Orbital�s Operating Groups. |
