James B. Talbott, Vice President of Corporate Projects Jim has worked for Chaney Enterprises all his life, beginning at the Annapolis Plant in 1966 at the age of 16. Since that time, he has done every type of job in the operation. Jim�s experience is invaluable to Chaney Enterprises. I like to say I earned my degree at Chaney University and after 36 years with the company, I am still learning.
