James C. Carlino

Jim Carlino is of counsel in the Real Estate Group, practicing primarily in the areas of real estate, secured lending, construction and environmental law. He has extensive experience with both simple and complex development, leasing and finance issues in both local and multi-state transactions. Mr. Carlino has spoken at numerous seminars and served as an adjunct professor of business law at Butler University.

Mr. Carlino has chaired and spoken at a number of seminars for the National Business Institute, the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF), the International Council of Shopping Centers, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors. He was a member of the Indianapolis Business Journal's panel for the 2005 Commercial Real Estate Power Breakfast. His articles have appeared in several publications, including the Indianapolis Business Journal.
