James Davis's practice is focused on capital markets transactions. Mr. Davis represents mortgage portfolio servicers in connection with defeasances of CMBS loans. He has represented institutional lenders and finance companies, as well as borrowers, in various financing transactions, including syndicated loans, loan assumptions, real estate financing and loan workouts and restructurings. Mr. Davis also has experience representing lenders in CMBS mortgage originations and in the origination of franchise loans for ultimate securitization. He also has experience in general corporate transactions.
