Jim Estepa, a 21-year Genesco veteran, was appointed president and chief executive officer of the Genesco Retail Group in November 2001, after being named senior vice president of Genesco in April 2000. He has served as president of the Journeys division, a leading destination footwear retailer for teens, since March 1999.
Estepa joined Genesco in 1985 after more than 15 years of sales management experience with Kinney Shoe. He has held a number of positions within Genesco including: regional sales manager and director of operations for U.S. Retail, director of operations and operations general manager for Jarman and senior vice president of operations for Genesco Retail. |
