Mr. Fleming joined Wisconsin Energy and We Energies in January 2006. Mr. Fleming is responsible for all legal matters affecting the company.
Prior to joining Wisconsin Energy, he served as associate general counsel for Southern Company since 1998. Prior to that, he practiced law for more than 20 years with one of Atlanta's oldest law firms, Troutman Sanders.
Mr. Fleming holds a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill.; a Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Florida, Gainesville; and a master's degree in law from Emory University, Atlanta.
