Mr. Giudici is a partner in the firm, focusing his practice on commercial litigation, appellate litigation and administrative matters. He assisted in the litigation/arbitration from November 1991 - April 1996 of the William P. Lear Royalty Right to the Lear Star 600/Challenger Aircraft, which resulted in substantial royalty rights.
Mr. Giudici participated in a landmark case involving anti-bid shopping on public works projects and was part of the appellate team representing a major company in its appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court of a jury verdict in a breast implant case. More recently, he was part of the appellate team that struck down a business tax initiative petition as unconstitutional.
From 1979-1981 Mr. Giudici was law clerk to the Honorable Roger D. Foley, Chief United States District Judge, District of Nevada. As a law clerk to the late Roger D. Foley, Mr. Giudici participated in the first case ever to go to trial concerning cancers allegedly caused by exposure to nuclear radiation.
He served as Deputy Attorney General for the State of Nevada, Gaming Division, Las Vegas and Carson City, Nevada from 1981 through 1988. While in the Attorney General�s office, he was one of the leading attorneys in the Nevada state investigation into organized crime skimming at a major gaming property in Las Vegas, which culminated in the seizure of the casino by the State of Nevada. |
