James Hughes has been a member of our board of directors since 2000. He has 24 years of experience as a senior executive and general counsel with government contracting and commercial companies. Mr. Hughes is currently the Chief Corporate Services Officer of INOVA Health Systems. He is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of C3, Inc., has twelve years of senior management and leadership experience with BDM International, Inc. and is a former partner of Dickstein, Shapiro and Morin. Mr. Hughes received a B.A. from the College of Arts and Sciences at Rutgers University, an M.A. from the College of Business and Public Administration at the University of Maryland and a J.D. from the University of Maryland. |
