Jim serves on the Board of Managers of MadisonGrey and oversees strategic planning, client relationships and development. Before joining MadisonGrey, Jim consulted with a private Wall Street merchant banking firm on the establishment and operation of several hedge funds. He has been a partner of the firms OConnor, Cavanagh, Anderson, Westover, Killingsworth and Beshears in Phoenix, Arizona and Greenebaum, Boone, Treitz, Maggiolo and Brown in Louisville, Kentucky. Jim was also the chairman of both Norex Corporation, a diversified financial services holding company that included the Biltmore Trust Company, and Global American Investments, an SEC-registered investment banking and brokerage firm. Jim has served on the boards of various publicly-owned companies including Standard Management Corporation, an international insurance holding company. He has served on the adjunct faculty of the University of Louisvilles Brandeis School of Law and was assistant dean and adjunct faculty member at the Seton Hall University School of Law. Jim holds degrees from Georgetown University, Harvard University, and Cornell University Law School, and served as a captain in the United States Marine Corp. |
