He has extensive experience with handling investigations and proceedings before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, Public Employment Relations Board and Office of Administrative Hearings. Mr. Romo specializes in contract administration, collective bargaining, employee discipline, including certificated and classified dismissals, certificated layoffs, affirmative action requirements and defending employee discrimination claims.
