Mr. Baker is a partner in the firm and has practiced in the litigation group for over 20 years. His practice focus is in the areas of casualty insurance defense, commercial and construction litigation. He has first chaired over 105 jury trials to verdict and he has represented clients in over 300 non-jury trials, arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Baker has lectured extensively on trial practice and workers compensation to self-insureds, the Arkansas Bar Association, insurance companies, and trade and industry associations.
