James C. Caccivio, Jr. is executive vice president and managing director of Corporate Advisory Services at State Street Corporation and head of Multi Dimensional and Reporting & Analysis.
As managing director of Corporate Advisory Services Group, Mr. Caccivio leads and is responsible for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and corporate structuring. As head of Multi Dimensional and Reporting & Analysis, he is responsible for managing the corporate budget, corporate forecast, and analysis for finance, the production of Green Book, State Street's business unit profitability system and client data management system.
Mr. Caccivio joined State Street in January 1994 in the Finance Division. He brings a broad-based, financial services background to his position. Prior to joining State Street, he was a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Coopers and Lybrand). Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, he held positions at IBM and FDIC.
Mr. Caccivio holds a seat on a variety of boards including State Street Joint Venture India with Syntel, State Street Global Markets Inc., and State Street Bank Trust Bank in Japan.
Mr. Caccivio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Northeastern University and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
