Prior to co-founding RiverHawk, Mr. Westman served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Transcend Services, a publicly-traded healthcare information services company, where he spearheaded the company's acquisition program. In addition, Mr. Westman spent six years in the Financial Advisory Services Group at Ernst & Young LLP where he focused on evaluating acquisition candidates for a number of clients, including Colombia/HCA and MCI. Prior to Ernst & Young, he served in the tax department at Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Westman has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and an MBA in Finance from Emory University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is a member of the Association of Investment Management and the Atlanta Association of Financial Analysts. |
