James Dixon brings a wealth of executive management and Internet business experience to the BroadVision board. Prior to his retirement from Bank of America in January 2002, Dixon was responsible for Internet business development and the exploration of strategic alliances and joint ventures, and for ensuring that every Bank of America business was aligned and integrated with the growth opportunities represented by electronic commerce. Previously, Dixon was group executive and chief information officer of Bank of America Technology & Operations, responsible for bank information, technology and operating systems, transaction processing, quality, process, redesign and technology planning areas. Before the merger of NationsBank Corporation and BankAmerica Corporation in 1998, Dixon was president of NationsBank Services, Inc. He also served as Chief Financial Officer for Citizens and Southern Bank/Sovran, a predecessor company to NationsBank, from 1985 to 1990. |
