In managing the details of your program, Mr. Gerdun reports directly to Jim Caliendo. His responsibilities include the field coordination and field supervision of all vendors and trade contractors performing on the project. Trade supervision will report to Mr. Gerdun and he will also be responsible for field and facilities coordination with facilities staff. Mr. Gerdun will record all pertinent site activities and conditions, and he will monitor and enforce the project security and safety program. It is also his responsibility to ensure that the workmanship and placement of materials is in keeping with the requirements of the project documents and that the level of quality satisfies PWCampbell�s corporate demand for excellence. He has been employed by PWCampbell since 1992 and has held a variety of positions at the company in the past, including Project Engineer, Project Manager, Assistant Manager and Manager of Production and Operations. Prior to joining PWCampbell, Mr. Gerdun held the positions of Field Supervisor for Mistick Construction and Project Manager at Watson Standard Company.
