Mr. Godfrey is admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois and before the Missouri Trial and Appellate Courts; the U.S. District Court, Eastern Districts of Missouri; the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the United States Tax Court.
Professional Activities:
Mr. Godfrey has extensive experience in all aspects of civil defense litigation, including, but not limited to, automotive, construction, insurance and real estate, government, manufacturing, EEOC, retail trade, services, transportation and public utilities, and wholesale trade industries.
He has successfully litigated cases involving admiralty, auto/vehicular, bad faith, business torts, construction law, contract disputes, employment litigation, Erisa, general liability insurance, insurance coverage, medical malpractice, personal injury, pollution/toxic tort, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, property damage, subrogation, wrongful death, and defamation/slander.
Overall, Mr. Godfrey has tried over one hundred cases to a conclusion throughout the State of Missouri and Southern Illinois, in both the State and Federal Courts.
