James E. Press, 60, has been a director since December 2006. He is currently the vice chairman and president for Chrysler LLC, responsible for North American Sales, International Sales, Global Marketing, Product Strategy, and Service and Parts for the company. Press was previously the president and chief operating officer of Toyota Motors in North America and director of the parent company, Toyota Motor Corporation Ltd. He is also chairman of the Association of International Automobile Manufacturers. He serves on the boards of Chrysler LLC, Managers of Cerberus Operations and Advisory Co. (COAC), LLC, the Automotive Youth Educational Systems, the Detroit Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the Southern California Committee for the Olympic Games. |
