James F. Downey has over thirty-five years of experience in the trusts and estates area. He assists individuals and families in estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills, trusts and related documents, as well as with the administration of trusts and estates. Mr. Downey also advises clients on the operation of charitable organizations and counsels the owners of closely held businesses on succession of ownership and tax planning matters.
