Mr. Gallagher joined the Company in 1995 as International Projects and Proposals Manager. In 1998 he transferred to the Middle East as Manager - Offshore Construction Division, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Mr. Gallagher was made Area Vice President - West Africa in August 2001 and named Vice President - Business Development in December 2002 with focused responsibilities for West Africa and Asia Pacific in May 2004, Vice President - West Africa in April 2005, and appointed Vice President Investor Relations and Marketing Services in April 2006. He has over thirty years experience in the offshore and heavy civil construction industry, and he has held management level positions with Santa Fe Engineering & Construction, McDermott International, and Offshore Pipelines, Inc. Mr. Gallagher has resident experience in the Middle East, the North Sea, and Southeast Asia. |
