McCall (Director since 1996) is Executive Director of the American Society of Military Comptrollers since 1991. He was Lieutenant General and Comptroller of the U.S. Army from 1988 until 1991 when he retired. General McCall was commissioned as 2nd Lieutenant of Infantry in 1958 and was selected into the Army's Comptroller/ Financial Management career field in 1970. General McCall is Chairman of the Board of Enterprise Bancorp Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the American Refugee Committee.
