Command and Control, Communications and Intelligence (C3I) Sector
As Deputy Director,Jim McClave is responsible for supporting the marketing, performance, staffing, and administration of SRA�s C3I efforts. Clients include the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security, the intelligence and law enforcement communities, and other federal agencies with active C3I components.
He previously served as Director of the Orion Center for Homeland Security within the C3I Sector. His experience includes the design, development, and implementation of several counterterrorism systems used within the federal intelligence community, as well as guiding the development of a number of commercial software products used by these communities.
Prior to joining SRA, McClave was executive vice president and chief operating officer of ORION Scientific Systems. SRA completed the acquisition of ORION in January 2004.
