James H. Dawson served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of our Predecessor from 1998 until the Company�s initial public offering in 2003, when he was appointed to the same positions with the Company. He was appointed Executive Vice President of the Company in February 2005. Mr. Dawson has coordinated the Company�s management and leasing activities since 1998. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Dawson spent 18 years with Reico Distributors, a large user of industrial and flex properties in the Baltimore/ Washington corridor. At Reico, he was responsible for the construction and management of the firm�s warehouse portfolio. Mr. Dawson received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from James Madison University and is a member of the Northern Virginia Board of Realtors, the Virginia State Board of Realtors and the Institute of Real Estate Management. |
