James H. Hance, Jr., 63, is the retired Vice Chairman of Bank of America Corporation, where he served as the Chief Financial Officer until 2004. A certified public accountant, Mr. Hance was previously with the Price Waterhouse (now Price WaterhouseCoopers) accounting firm. He is a member of the boards of directors of Cousins Properties Incorporated, EnPro Industries, Inc., Sprint Nextel Corporation and Duke Energy Corporation. Mr. Hance serves as a trustee of Washington University and a board member of the Foundation for the University of North Carolina. He is a graduate of Westminster College and the Washington University Graduate School of Business. |
