Jim Hardy joined ConAgra Foods in 2005. He provides enterprise-wide leadership for the company�s supply chain from the purchasing of raw materials to the delivery of quality food products to customers. In the manufacturing plants, he is driving best practices and encouraging the use of the best technology to produce quality products.
Prior to joining ConAgra Foods, Hardy was vice president, Product Supply, for Clorox. He also has 15 years of experience at Procter & Gamble, serving in roles of increasing responsibility.
Hardy has a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville. He also spent four years in the U.S. Navy operating nuclear reactors on submarines. |
