From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Tate was Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer for TIMCO Aviation Services, Inc. Prior to TIMCO, he was an independent consultant from 2004 to 2005 and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Thermadyne Holdings Corporation from 1995 to 2004. Mr. Tate's career also includes 18 years with Ernst & Young prior to 1993. |
