James J. Herb joined CMGI as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, effective February 1, 2005. Jim is formerly from RR Donnelley, where he was employed since 1972, most recently as Vice President, Corporate Human Resources.
Jim is an innovative senior human resources executive with extensive global experience providing leadership in all areas of human resources. He has a proven record of adding value during major corporate transitions including startups, mergers, acquisitions, turnarounds and restructurings.
Jim is a graduate of Rider University, Lawrenceville, NJ and has a BS in Industrial Relations.
