James is a corporate attorney with substantial international experience in the structuring of major financial transactions and managing the interface with with banks and other institutional lending facilities. He is currently counsel to a number of significant international corporations both private and public. This in-depth legal and financial business expertise will be of great value to Xeno Corporation in its anticipated international development program.
Biography
Prior to his current role a private investor, James was engaged in the private practice of law where he had been a corporate attorney for more than 30 years. He has substantial experience in the structuring of major financial transactions and managing the interface with banks and other institutional lending facilities. While in the practice of law, he was counsel to a number of major businesses, negotiating and structuring numerous mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, and other transactions, advising owners, senior executives and directors. Mr. Beckner graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and received his doctor of jurisprudence degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law. He is a member of the board of directors of the Nashville Symphony Association where he serves as a member of the Audit Committee and is a member of the Endowment Trust Committee. |
