Playing a senior leadership role in REDICO operations, leasing, and strategic planning, Jim has been involved in the successful development of over 1 million sq. ft. a year of office and industrial properties since 1990, building an impressive record for consistently guiding projects to completion on time and within budget. His win-win leasing skill has led to highly satisfying solutions for REDICO customers including AT&T, Compuware, EDS, Lear, GMAC, Detroit Medical Center, Kelly Services, Morton's, Travelers Insurance, MetLife, Canadian National Railroad, LaSalle Bank, The University of Michigan, and many others. There are few professionals in our industry who bring the depth and diversity of experience that Jim provides for REDICO, its projects, and its customers. Before beginning his long tenure with REDICO, Jim had already spent 25 years in the financial and real estate industries; he served as a CPA and Senior Auditor with Ernst & Young, EVP/COO of the Empire of America savings institution, and five years with a multifamily developer. Over the course of these first two and a half decades of his career, Jim managed billions of dollars in assets, hundreds of employees, and millions of sq. ft. of property.
