Jim Haley concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, banking and commercial lending. He was lead counsel for two Tennessee banks in connection with a $20 million financing for acquisition and development of a 1,300-acre tract of land in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. He has served as borrower's counsel in connection with a $200 million senior credit facility and a related synthetic lease transaction. He represented one bank in connection with providing acquisition and construction financing for projects in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Florida, North Carolina, and Texas, and another in connection with providing $7 million financing to a carpet manufacturer in Georgia. Mr. Haley has represented a developer in connection with a 215-unit residential condominium complex. He served as lead counsel for a developer in connection with a multi-million dollar acquisition of two real estate companies with approximately 2,000,000 square feet of leaseable commercial space. He also served as lead counsel for the acquisition and development of a $200,000,000 corporate headquarters facility.
