James M. Howard joined C. R. Bard in 2007 as Vice President Regulatory Sciences.
Jim comes to Bard directly from Bio-Reg Associates Inc. a firm providing highly technical clinical and regulatory consulting to the medical device industry where he was most recently President and CEO. Jim has extensive experience in quality assurance quality audits complaint handling systems design and conduct of clinical studies and regulatory strategies and submissions.
Prior to joining Bio-Reg Jim was employed by GE Medical Systems first as a Radiation Safety Officer and later as a Regulatory Program Manager. Jim began his career as a Staff Physicist for the United States Air Force.
Jim earned a BS in Physics from North Carolina State University and an MS in Nuclear Physics and Radiological Health from North Carolina State University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
