James Knopka is Senior Director of Construction for First Industrial Development Services� Tampa region. Mr. Knopka joined First Industrial in 1998 and is responsible for managing construction-related activities for the Company's Tampa construction team. Mr. Knopka has over 15 years of experience in development, construction and operational management, previously serving as vice president of operations for Sweet Associates, Inc. of Albany, New York. As vice president, Mr. Knopka was responsible for managing the company's estimating department while overseeing awarded projects. Mr. Knopka is a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida and is an active member in the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in architecture from New York Institute of Technology. |
