Jim has practiced consulting engineering in Central Texas since 1997 and has developed extensive relationships with the local, county, state and federal agencies that review and approve the entitlement and land development process.
As Austin Operations Manager, Jim brings to our clients, 25 years of engineering expertise gained in projects throughout the East Coast and Central Texas. He has led many projects through the conceptual, design, permitting and construction phases within the time and budget constraints desired by our clients. Jim prides himself on his integrity, knowledge and work ethic, which he passes on to the Austin staff, insuring that our clients are consistently satisfied.
Jim graduated from the University of Maryland in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Currently he is licensed in Texas, Maryland and Pennsylvania. He has volunteered in the community throughout his career, including several leadership positions on planning commissions and for non-profit groups. |
