James M. Sullivan has been a director of Integra since 1992. Since 1986 he has held several positions with Marriott International Inc. (and its predecessor Marriott Corp.) including Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions and his current position of Executive Vice President of Development. From 1983 to 1986 Mr. Sullivan was Chairman President and Chief Executive Officer of Tenly Enterprises Inc. a privately held company operating 105 restaurants. Prior to 1983 he held senior management positions with Marriott Corp. Harrah's Entertainment Inc. Holiday Inns Inc. Kentucky Fried Chicken Corp. and Heublein Inc. He also was employed as a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. and served as a director of Classic Vacation Group Inc. until it was acquired by Expedia Inc. in March 2002. Mr. Sullivan received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Boston College and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Connecticut. |
