Mr. DiCesare is the Director of Pharmaceutical Services of Clinical Financial Services, LLC (CFS). He is responsible for overseeing the Pharmaceutical/CRO Services Group which deliver investigator grant contract and payment management services to pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies and clinical research organizations (CROs). Mr. DiCesare brings nearly 14 years of experience to CFS from the Pharmaceutical and Financial Services industries. Prior to joining CFS, Mr. DiCesare spent the last 9 years at Merck & Co., Inc. providing financial management and outsourcing services in support of the Clinical Development Programs Department. He held positions of increasing responsibility while at Merck and was most recently Senior Manager - Financial Operations. Prior to Merck, Mr. DiCesare spent 5 years in the financial services industry where he held various positions within the Internal Audit Departments of Harleysville National Corporation (1994-1997) and PNC Bank Corp. (1992-1994). Mr. DiCesare has a B.S. in Accounting from Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA. |
