Jim Gricar is Executive Vice President, Managing Director of Sales with Brown Harris Stevens and serves as Director of Residential Sales for our West Side Division. In this capacity, Mr.Gricar oversees the firm's thriving west side business, leading a team of top-producing brokers whose service to customer and client alike is unparalleled. A highly respected sales executive, Jim began his real estate career at The Corcoran Group, where he established himself as a star west side broker, immediately recognized for his sales expertise, sharp judgment, and ability to bring deals quickly to fruition. He was then chosen to lead the company's Downtown office, serving as Managing Director, where he tripled revenue and created a truly dynamic sales environment. Today, Jim's effectiveness as a leader is fueled by the expert guidance and sound decision making he so capably provides, as well as his own success as a broker.
