That belief has brought James M. Ingram, Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Parkway Properties LP and President of Parkway Realty Services, success in his twenty years of real estate experience. As the Chief Investment Officer, Jim is responsible for the negotiation of all acquisitions, dispositions and joint venture and fund activity within Parkway Properties. Since assuming this responsibility in August 2003, Parkway has invested $636 million in office properties, sold $168 million of office properties, completed $98 million in joint venture investments with a Sydney, Australia based Listed Trust and raised $500 million in a discretionary investment fund with the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System. As President of Parkway Realty Services, Jim supervises all third party business development, leasing, management, tenant representation, disposition and consulting services offered by the wholly owned subsidiary. Jim has supervised the management of office portfolios in Chicago, Illinois, Mississippi, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina consisting of 3.8 million square feet and led Parkway's program of implementing self-leasing to over 80% of the portfolio. |
