He has particular experience with joint ventures, limited liability companies and other pass-through entities. Mr. Greene regularly represents institutional clients and developers in real estate joint venture transactions. He also has significant experience with Section 1031 like-kind exchanges.
Mr. Greene also regularly works with the firm's Corporate & Commercial Practice Group in the tax structuring of merger and acquisition transactions for corporate clients.
