James Flood joined the company as Senior Vice President of Claims in 2003.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Flood worked as a Group Vice President and Chief Claims Officer for CNA. He also worked as a Senior Vice President of Corporate Claims for Continental Insurance Company, and as Managing Trial Attorney for Buckeye Union Insurance Company.
James holds a J.D., cum laude from Capital University School of Law, and a B.A. from Ohio State University. Mr. Flood was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1977. |
