From 1996 to 2002, he was involved in all aspects of business development and transaction execution for Ironwood Capital's investment banking practice. His banking experience included the securitization of various asset classes, senior and mezzanine debt placements, distressed asset sales, project finance and financial advisory. Prior to joining Ironwood Capital, he spent two years as a financial analyst with AMS Services Inc. He is a graduate of the Venture Capital Institute and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. |
