Equally adept at working with pre-IPO start-ups, newly public growth companies and established industry leaders, Jim has infused strategic thinking and long-term planning into the IR departments at companies of virtually every size and stage of development across a wide spectrum of industries. Jim's experience spans the full spectrum of IR and corporate communications functions, including financial media relations as well as investment community outreach activities such as perception studies, slide show presentations, roadshows and analyst day events. As a member of the Sharon Merrill Associates executive team, Jim is responsible for a variety of operational functions within the agency. Prior to joining the firm more than 12 years ago, he worked as a reporter for the Eagle Times, a regional daily newspaper in Claremont, New Hampshire. Jim holds a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from Marquette University and an MBA from Boston College. |
