Mr. Easter has been our Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategic Planning since March 2006. Previously, he was: Vice President, Finance and Treasurer from September 2002 to February 2006; Assistant Treasurer of McDermott from May 2002 to September 2002; Vice President in the Retail Energy Solutions Group of Reliant Resources, Inc., an electricity and energy services company, from December 2000 to May 2002; associated with Industrial Growth Partners LP, a private equity fund, from January 2000 to December 2000; Vice President, Finance Origination of the Asia Pacific Group of Enron International, Inc., a subsidiary of Enron Corp., from June 1999 to January 2000; and a Director in the Risk Control Group of Enron Corp. from January 1996 to June 1999. |
