Jim has over 21 years of experience in the telecommunications/data communications industry. Prior to joining SPS in 2002, Jim was Region President of Expanets with responsibility for 19 states, 35 locations and 800 associates. Prior to Expanets, he was Area Sales Vice President at Avaya and has held a variety of staff and sales positions at AT&T, Lucent and Avaya. Jim has played a key role with the combining of two sales organizations and integrating the SPS sales force. Jim currently oversees 11 Sales Managers in 13 states throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West, and Eastern United States. In addition to the sales branches, Jim oversees the Sales Support, Marketing & Customer Services organizations.
