James R. Papa is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Asbestos/Silicosis, Automobile Accident Litigation, General Liability, Insurance Coverage Litigation, and Negligence, with a particular emphasis in Insurance Defense. Mr. Papa is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the firm and before entering private practice, Mr. Papa was an Assistant District Attorney with Lawrence County. Mr. Papa graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2000 with a B.S. in Psychology and received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2003. He is also a 1998 graduate of the St. Francis Hospital School of Nursing, New Castle, Pennsylvania, and maintains a current registered nurse's license. Mr. Papa is an active member of FESPP (Friends of Eastern State Penitentiary Park) and volunteers to assist the Bache-Martin Home and School Organization with facility improvements at the elementary school. |
