James R. Woodhill Chairman and Founder Mr. Woodhill has worked in enterprise computing for 30 years, first for customer organizations, then for software vendor companies, and now as an early-stage investor. Currently, Mr. Woodhill is a General Partner of JMI-MWSV Fund, Inc. JMI-MWSV has made many early-stage investments in companies specializing in the Internet security area, including: Authentify, Securant Technologies, TrustedTransport.com, Software Realization and RiskWatch. In addition, Mr. Woodhill was the seed investor and VP Marketing for Mission Critical Software, Inc. (NASD:MCSW). He also co-founded MVS Software, a maker of console automation products. Mr. Woodhill graduated in 1969 with a B.S. in Business from the Illinois Institute of Technology. |
